Dammit! Stupid cell provider.

A month ago I switched to a new cell plan (same provider) that costs a little more than my old one. Evidently the person I spoke to on the phone didn't completely switch me over, and as a result, this month when my card was charged, it was charged the old, lesser amount. Resulting in my account being suspended and me not realizing it right away. yuck.gif

The thing that sucks the most is: who knows if I missed any important calls or texts during that time? I guess I may never know now - while an account is suspended, text messages sent to you are gone for good (which is LAME - in my opinion they should hold them for a couple days, for situations like these).

I might try and see if they'll give me a credit or something for the inconvenience. I probably should have asked when I called them.
