This could be a low blood sugar event. I've gotten to this state and had to hang up the phone. It's not always just being that drunk - but, it sure can look that way.
I'm glad everyone isn't just laughing at her. You can hear that the other employees at the station were amused. I think that the common reaction is to make fun of something that doesn't make sense. She was certainly not making any sense. People do get affected by external influences. It's not that easy to hide it when you are on camera. Let's hope it wasn't something permanent.
