And for all you Full House fans, supposedly there's going to be a "reunion" commercial with a lot of the main characters in it. I think it's going to be for that greek yogurt that Stamos already does commercials for but I'm not sure.
Used to live in Denver, gotta support the Broncos in this one. They'll win.
The Olympics? the politics that have become the bigger story wrapped around it all, fascinates me. Normally I try to avoid the olympics, but this year I'll probably patronize a few contests just to see if anything worth watching might happen.
EA Sports ran a simulation on their Madden NFL game and predicted the Broncos would win it 31-28 in OT (if that were the case it'd be the first ever overtime in a Super Bowl). Their simulation has been correct 8 out of the last 10 times.
Well, if you indeed didn't watch it, you didn't miss much. The Broncos were absolutely dominated to an embarrassing degree the entire game and got blown out horrendously, 43-8. Denver didn't even score a single point until around the end of the 3rd / beginning of the 4th. Nobody was expecting an outcome like that, not even the "experts" who predicted the Seahawks would win.
(I was wishing at the beginning of the 4th quarter, since Denver basically had nothing to lose at that point, that they would start just doing a bunch of Hail Mary's and hook and laterals.)
The halftime show was alright, I wished the RHCP played more than one song though. It should've been the other way around, RHCP main eventing, with one quick song from Bruno Mars.
Finally, the commercials. There were definitely some good ones, but overall I think this year was kind of a dud. Maybe it's just me, I dunno.
Pepsi commercials on the whole definitely are better. If I had to guess based on their commercials, Pepsi is more popular among young people while Coke is more popular among older people and families. Pepsi goes for edgy/funny while Coke goes more for "aww".
For some reason I remember Coke's Super Bowl commercials more than I remember Pepsi's though. Here's the GTA one I was referring to. I think this was the first one in the series; they've come out with a couple others during the Super Bowl since and in my opinion they're among the best Bowl commercials ever made:

I wonder how scientific the simulation actually is.

I predict Pepsi sales will increase
By the way, if the Super Bowl was just around 12 hours later, it would've snowed during the game (a lot).
