Can you feel a difference when you hydrate with water vs. when you hydrate with Gatorade?
(I know that if you're sweating a LOT, it's better to drink Gatorade as it replaces the sodium / electrolytes lost when you sweat, and too much water can dilute the blood too much. Or something like that.)
