Commercials that I could do without

OK, some of you have commented on Geico's lust for advertising, there are a few others who seem to be going over board:

What about that goofy mime doing the sledgehammer work on the Century 21 insurance commercials? Somewhere in this country is a town whose TV station has lost it's weatherman. AND I have found him dodging golf balls with an umbrella.

And how about Michelle O'bama's ad for the Red Cross, isn't it a little late to be moon-eyeing for Haiti's suffering?

And just about all the web-telephone ads (Vonnage, Magic Jack, etc) need to be retired.

One other overdone ad has me wondering tho. That AARP insurance ad featuring the at home couple where the cupboard door falls off, is the "wife" in that ad none other than Marilu Henner?
