Without government there are no property rights. You keep giving your no government the powers of government. Let me reframe that; without a governing body there is no way to enforce private property rights. Without government to enforce them, there are no rights at all. None.
The defense agency would not be "of their(your) choice", but of the baddest, best armed military group that controls your area, what you call your private property will effectively be theirs.
When a dude knocks on your door and has two tanks pointed at your house are you going to ask for his price list? Not if you want your family to live.
And what if some other dude dives a truck into the middle of your city, carrying a nuke he bought on the "free" market and demands everyone turn over their guns, money and women? You all say no way Jose and he makes your city an abject lesson for the next city.
The definition of chaos is no organization. If you organize people you have created government. How long are you going to ignore that? All organizations have a governing body. That can be as small a group as two and as large as the whole world. 6+ billion people survive on this planet only because of ever changing and complex organization.
You should be grateful to have been born into a government that gives you the freedoms you have. Most governments throughout history have not allowed their subjects the freedoms we have to say the things we do. Most governments would have ended your life or worse for suggesting the government needs to be replaced. You, who has never had to fight a war and always had ours laws to protect you from the things you obviously do not comprehend about human behavior, will change your mind many times about what you believe. If you do not, then you are not busy being born but busy dying.
Government has grown into a bloated, overweight, unnecessary beast. The beast needs to be slayed. It is absolutely grotesque to see how the government has mismanaged the affairs of our countries. It has consistently proven that all it knows is to create layer upon layer of bureaucracy and to increase spending. Governments have proven to be irresponsible, and should be dismantled.
Government roles should be almost completely dialed back to security and law enforcement. It needs to get out of wealth redistribution, it needs to get out of social services, it needs to get out of handling money altogether. They have failed miserably in all of these areas. Why would we continue along this path that is assured failure?
There are many possibilities of government - not just all or nothing at all.
The whole monarchy bit, along with the religious clerics in the political mix, and the aristocracy, lasted for quite a while. There were revolutions in France where they beheaded the King. There was the Industrial Revolution in Britain where they brought in workers from the farms and put them to work in factories. The middle class grew more prosperous during this time. They gained some rights like changing the work week from 14 hours per day - 6 days per week to eventually the 40 hour week of today. I wonder what the free market work week would be? How about child labor?
You have some good goals. But, it won't just happen the way you propose - not at all clear how this would all happen. The original government rules got started in Greece and proceeded little by little in Rome, then the Dark Ages of the monarchies. Taxes have been around for many centuries. It would take a lot of trial and error to change all of these things in one fell swoop.
